Directions to RiverWays Programs
Unless otherwise noted, our public programs are held at our
offices in Suite 407 at 185 Alewife Brook Parkway, Cambridge,
MA . See below for specific directions:
Directions to 185 Alewife Brook
Parkway:

Redline T to Alewife Station
Exit the station and head up Alewife Brook Parkway past The
Summer Shack restaurant. Go up and over the bridge. 185 will
be on your right just before the lights.
From Rte 2 going East
Take Route 2 East until it ends. Veer right onto Alewife Brook
Parkway; go past the T Station on your right and over the
bridge; at the next set of lights take a right. Make an immediate
right into the driveway in front of 185.
From Rte 2A going West, Massachusetts Avenue
Take Mass Ave (Rte 2A) to the intersection of Rte 16. Take
a left onto Rte 16. Staying on 16 bear left past Rte 2 and
the road becomes Alewife Brook Parkway. Go past the T Station
on your right and over the bridge. At the next set of lights
take a right. Make an immediate right into the driveway in
front of 185.
From Rte 16, Medford
Take Rte 16 East past Mass Ave. Staying on 16 bear left past
Rte 2 and the road becomes Alewife Brook Parkway. Go past
the T Station on your right and over the bridge. At the next
set of lights take a right. Make an immediate right into the
driveway in front of 185.
From Rte 16 (Mt Auburn Street)
Following the signs for Rte 16 you will take a left onto Aberdeen
Ave. At the end, make a right turn onto Huron Ave. At the
first set of lights turn left onto Fresh Pond Parkway. At
the first rotary, continue on Rte 16 by taking the third exit
around the rotary which leads you immediately into another
rotary. Take the first exit onto Alewife Brook Parkway and
turn right at the next set of lights into the plaza with TJ
Maxx, Whole Foods, etc. As soon as you enter the parking lot,
turn and drive to the end. Turn left onto Terminal Road, which
goes under an underpass and curves around the back and the
side of 185 Alewife Brook Parkway. Once you come to the side
of the building turn left into the driveway the passes in
front of 185 Alewife brook Parkway.
Parking
Non-designated parking places are available along the left
hand side of the driveway in front of the building beyond
the handicap parking or in the lot to the right of the building.
If this lot is full, there is additional parking off of Terminal
Road which runs behind the building – the parking lot
is on the left hand side as you are heading toward the underpass
just across Terminal road across from the main lot. Please
don't park in the Circle Furniture lot as they do tow.
Suite 407
The elevators are straight in front you once you enter the
building. Go to the 4th floor. Head to the right out of the
elevator and go right down a winding (river-like!) hallway
to suite 407 which will be on your right.
